The Mission of CMAA is to promote the profession of Construction Management and the use of qualified Construction Managers on capital projects and programs.
The Vision of CMAA is that all owners will realize capital project and program success by using professionally qualified Construction Managers.
The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CMAA is comprised of nearly 600 members from southern New Jersey, the Greater Philadelphia region and northern Delaware.
The chapter is active in the promotion and growth of the construction and program management profession. Networking and market specific informational events, training opportunities and awards provide our membership with extensive opportunities to network and grow in their profession.
A Message from the President

Dear CMAA Mid-Atlantic Members and Friends:
I am honored to be selected to serve as Mid-Atlantic Chapter President for the 2018 to 2020 Term. Let me first thank Bob Monser and the past Presidents for their continued efforts in making our chapter what it is today. In addition, I would like to thank the Officers and Board members for their support and dedication.
I have been in the construction management profession for over 35 years and with the firm of Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc for almost 18 years. My involvement in CMAA began about 8 years ago and during that time I earned my CCM and PMP designations. I also served as Treasurer and Vice President of our Chapter.
I look forward to working with the current Officers and Board Members as we continue to meet the challenge of providing new ideas and programs that interest our members. Our current officers (Tim, Will, Nicole, and Me) hope to have an exciting year full of events that we think will be of interest to all of you. Besides our usual evening events, we are looking to add breakfast, and lunch-and-learn events into the schedule. One of those will be an Internet Cyber Security seminar that I am sure will be very interesting. We also hope to continue the success of our Young Professionals Program.
One of my main goals for the next 2 years is to expand the chapter by bringing in new members, companies, and especially Owners. Additionally, we would all like to see new faces at our scheduled events and meetings. These are great forums to meet new colleagues, make professional connections, find out what’s going on in the region, and to get involved in your local CMAA Chapter!
Please get involved! I encourage you to attend a meeting, come to an event, or even contact us with an idea or to volunteer for a committee. I look forward to seeing you at our events!
